Terms & Conditions – Events Packages

 

1. Booking & Payment

To secure your booking, a 50% deposit is required. This deposit confirms your slot and allows us to begin planning for your event. The remaining balance must be paid on or before the event day. Payment details will be provided upon inquiry and can be made using the accepted methods.

 

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations made seven days or more before the event date are eligible for a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within seven days of the event will result in forfeiture of the deposit. If you need to reschedule, this must be communicated at least 72 hours in advance and is subject to availability.

 

3. Delivery Timeline

Final edited content—including photos and/or videos—will be delivered within two to three weeks after the event. In some cases, a short preview or social media highlight may be shared earlier, depending on the chosen package.

 

4. Coverage & Scope

Each package covers a defined scope of work. Requests for additional hours, alternate locations, or extra services beyond the agreed scope may result in additional charges. Travel outside of Harare will also attract a travel fee, which will be discussed during booking.

 

5. Client Responsibility

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all required permissions for venue access, as well as coordination for any special moments or interviews, are arranged in advance. Clear communication helps ensure that nothing important is missed during coverage.

 

6. Creative Control & Use

All editing and final creative decisions are made by the content creator in line with the established style and quality standards. Selected images or video clips may be featured in the creator’s portfolio or used for promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

 

7. Backup & Storage

Raw footage and original files will be stored for 30 days after the final content has been delivered. Clients are strongly encouraged to download and back up their content promptly, as extended storage is not guaranteed.
